All products are produced by a cottage food operator in a private residence and are not subject to governmental licensing or inspection.

Products are sold directly to consumers within the state of Texas only. Orders placed online are fulfilled via in-person pickup or personal delivery by the operator, a household member, or an employee, as required by Texas law.

Labeling information, including product name, allergens, and required disclosure, is provided on each product page prior to purchase and is also included on the product packaging.

Certain products may contain major food allergens, including but not limited to wheat and sesame. Customers are responsible for reviewing allergen information before purchase.

For privacy and safety, this operation uses a Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) issued unique identifier in place of a home address on product labels, as permitted by law.
