Shipping policy

We do not ship products. All orders are fulfilled via in-person pickup or personal delivery within Texas, in accordance with Texas Cottage Food Law.

Order Schedule

• Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 2:00 PM are ready the next day at 12:00 PM (pickup or delivery).

• Orders placed Monday–Wednesday after 2:00 PM are ready in two days at 12:00 PM (pickup or delivery).

• Orders placed Thursday after 2:00 PM and Friday before 2:00 PM are ready for pickup only on Saturday morning.

• Orders placed Friday after 2:00 PM are ready Tuesday at 12:00 PM (pickup or delivery).

• Orders placed Saturday or Sunday are ready Tuesday at 12:00 PM (pickup or delivery).

Delivery Terms

All deliveries are made personally by the operator, a household member, or an employee. We do not use third-party delivery services or shipping carriers.

Delivery times are estimated. If we are unable to meet the scheduled time, you will be notified and offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

Pickup Terms

Pickup is arranged at the selected time window. Please arrive on time. If you are unable to pick up your order, contact us in advance to reschedule.

Unclaimed orders may not be eligible for refund due to the perishable nature of the product.
