Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of pickup or delivery

  • The order is incorrect (wrong item received)

  • We are unable to fulfill your order as scheduled

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery at contact@ohmysourdough.com and include your order details and photos if applicable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified if requested before the preparation process begins. Once your order is being prepared or has been completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Pickup Responsibility

Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the selected time. Failure to pick up an order may result in forfeiture without refund.

Delivery Issues

If you are unavailable at the agreed delivery time, please contact us in advance to reschedule. We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information or customer unavailability.

Quality Concerns

We take pride in the quality of our bread. If you believe there is a quality issue, please reach out at contact@ohmysourdough.com within 24 hours so we can review and make it right where appropriate.
