A dehydrated sourdough starter made from organic flour, water, and slow natural fermentation.

Shelf-stable and ready to awaken into a living starter for naturally fermented bread, pancakes, pizza dough, and everyday baking.

No commercial yeast. No additives. Just flour, water and time.

Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, water.

Instructions: 

  1. Mix the entire pack with 25 g warm water.
  2. Cover loosely and leave at room temperature for 4–12 hours to fully rehydrate.
  3. Add 25 g bread flour and mix well.
  4. Leave at room temperature for 12–24 hours, or until small bubbles and light activity appear.
  5. Keep only 50 g of starter and discard the rest.
  6. Feed the 50 g starter with 50 g water and 50 g flour.
  7. Repeat every 12–24 hours until bubbly, active, and doubling in size.
  8. Once active, use for baking or maintain with regular feedings.
